At Sacred Body Wellness, my intention is to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit through intuitive bodywork, energy healing, detox footbaths and herbal compresses . Each session is designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, inflammation, stress and support overall vitality. In a world that can be stressful and chaotic every session is an invitation to decompress, reconnect to your body, your breath, and your peace.
Each custom massage session is thoughtfully designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Your treatment may incorporate a blend of therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue work, myofascia release, trigger point therapy, and soothing herbal compresses to restore balance and relieve tension. Before your session begins, we’ll take a few moments for a personalized intake to discuss your areas of concern, preferences, and desired outcomes.
A 60-minute custom session is great when you need focused work on one main area with a little bit of full-body flow added in. This amount of time lets me warm up the tissues, address your biggest area of tension, and give the rest of your body some love without rushing.

Energy work focuses on your body’s natural energetic field, the part of you that influences emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Techniques like Reiki help rebalance this energy so your body can relax, release stress, and renew. During this session, I work with your subtle energy system using gentle touch or off-body techniques to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and clear stagnant energy. The goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and aligned.

During an ionic detox footbath, your feet soak in warm, ionized water that helps support the body’s natural detoxification processes. This treatment may assist the lymphatic system, reduce inflammation, and promote overall balance.Throughout the session I monitor changes in the water which can offer general insight into areas of the body that may need additional support. If appropriate, I can refer you to a local naturopathic doctor for further guidance and herbal products.
